Putting your classifieds on the Internet is a breeze with Linear Publishing - but what about upgrading particular classifieds to create additional revenue?

Our system offers superior opportunities for upgrading classified listings.

  1. First, simply upgrading a classified will increase the text size and move the classified to the front of the category. In any classified category, being seen first is the greatest value.

  2. Add an Internet link to an upgraded classified.

  3. Add up to 3 images with a classified. Each image will "pop open" a larger version. When images are uploaded to accompany a classified, the Linear system will automatically resize the images for assured compatibility on your site.

  4. Add a mapping feature which generates a "Google map" when clicked. From there, a Web visitor can get driving directions and more - great for garage sales and real estate.

Use any combination of the above techniques to deliver your classified advertiser's marketing message. With Linear the opportunities are limited only by your imagination and your advertiser's checkbook.

Of course, these classified upgrades are in addition to any print display ads you have scheduled to run in a classified section. For an example of classified upgrades, look in the Help Wanted category of the classifieds in the examples section on this site.

Quotes
smiley pete"Linear publishing has provided a turnkey solution for Mile High Newspapers that far exceeds anything that we could have accomplished on our own. While the capabilities of the system are impressive, what I have found most useful is Linear's willingness to implement new features and its ability to support the ones it has. The Linear system has so many features, that one newspaper will never use them all. I have looked at other newspaper content management systems, but have yet to find one that matches Linear's price, tech support and feature set."
